Since 1991, I've been immersed in the creative services industry, beginning as an apprentice in a Detroit studio's matte room. By 1996, I had launched my own studio, and for over 20 years, I owned and operated Indigo Studios.

In that time, I've quoted thousands of creative projects, and more importantly, I've been deeply involved in their execution. When a project is estimated at 30 hours with a specific budget, I don’t just rely on theory—I know the reality. I've not only quoted similar jobs, but I've rolled up my sleeves and completed the work myself, giving me an acute understanding of what it truly takes.

I've had the privilege of working with Fortune 50 companies, helping transform the way they do business. I’ve built and led teams, always with a hands-on approach. My leadership style is rooted in collaboration; I work alongside my team, never asking anyone to do what I wouldn’t do myself.

SERGEY POLTAVSKIY
Since the beginning of my career in advertising, I've dedicated myself to mastering a wide range of skill sets to cover all aspects of the creative process, making me a versatile and self-reliant professional. I’ve worked across everything from data preparation and asset creation to taking images and animations from concept to final execution. My goal has always been to become a "one-man army" capable of handling any challenge that comes my way.

In addition to expanding my abilities, I’ve developed a sharp focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving. I thrive in fast-paced environments where quick, effective solutions are needed to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results. Technically, I am an expert in pipeline creation, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with 3D software, rigging, animation, VFX, and photography. My technical background allows me to streamline workflows and ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

Creatively, I bring a deep understanding of lighting, composition, and design principles to every project I touch. I know how to apply the right tools and techniques to fit each unique situation, ensuring that the final product not only meets expectations but exceeds them.
